Medical Disclaimer

Last updated · April 2026

The clarity of this boundary protects the patient, the provider and us equally. Please read this disclaimer carefully before engaging Premium Care Society.

01Not a medical provider

Premium Care Society is a medical travel coordination company. We do not perform, prescribe, or deliver medical treatment. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or recommendations. Our role is to facilitate access to independent medical providers and coordinate the journey around their care.

02Medical decisions

All medical decisions — including diagnosis, treatment plans, procedures, prescriptions, and aftercare — are the sole responsibility of the treating medical provider. You should always consult a qualified medical professional for any health concern, and rely on the provider's assessment and guidance rather than on information presented on our website or communications.

03No guarantees on outcomes

Medical outcomes are inherently individual and cannot be guaranteed. Premium Care Society makes no representation or warranty as to the results of any procedure coordinated through our service. Provider credentials and track records are shared transparently, but they do not constitute predictions of individual outcomes.

04Emergencies

In the event of a medical emergency, contact local emergency services (112 in Romania and the EU) or your treating provider directly. Premium Care Society is not a medical emergency service.

05Provider independence

Medical providers working with Premium Care Society are independent entities responsible for their own clinical decisions, standards, and regulatory compliance. Our relationship with them is one of coordination partnership, not ownership or direction.
